I had a nice stay at this hotel with spacious rooms and great amenities. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly, making every effort to assist whenever I needed. However, the location was a bit far from Santa Marta central, requiring a taxi to get there. Overall, it provided good value for money despite some needed renovations in the rooms.
